Since the company's establishment in July 2001, we have provided professional services related to real estate investment and management by utilizing the diverse experience and expertise accumulated by the Mitsubishi Estate Group in real estate development, operation, and securitization.

Currently, we provide three types of investment products: Nippon Open-ended Real Estate Investment Corporation, an open-ended private equity REIT launched in 2011 to enjoy stable income from real estate; Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment Corporation, a J-REIT mainly investing in logistics facilities listed in 2017; and other custom-made private real estate funds to meet various needs of institutional investors.

With the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen dramatic changes in people’s lifestyles and values, as well as the challenges that companies face.
